End User License Agreement & Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Cannabis House website, mobile application (if applicable), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 with a valid medical recommendation where permitted by law) to access or use this Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable legal age requirements under California law.

3. License Grant

Cannabis House grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, lawful purposes.

This license does not permit:

  • Reselling or commercial use of Platform content

  • Copying or reproducing site materials

  • Reverse engineering or modifying any portion of the Platform

  • Unauthorized use of trademarks or branding

4. Cannabis Compliance

Cannabis products are regulated under California law and remain illegal under federal law.

You acknowledge:

  • All purchases must comply with California state and local regulations

  • Valid government-issued identification is required

  • Cannabis products are for personal use only

  • Resale is strictly prohibited

  • Cannabis may impair judgment and coordination

Keep cannabis products out of reach of children and pets.

5. Online Orders & Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (including but not limited to menu, ordering, or POS providers).

Cannabis House is not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform errors

  • Service interruptions

  • Inaccuracies in third-party content

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Cannabis House or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality

  • Upload malicious code

  • Submit false or misleading information

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

9. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Cannabis House does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Accuracy of all content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cannabis House shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Personal injury resulting from misuse of products

Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you in the preceding transaction, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cannabis House from any claims arising from:

  • Your violation of this Agreement

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Your violation of applicable laws

12. Accessibility

13. Changes to This Agreement
